Return policy

We want you to love your new look. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help make the return process as smooth and stylish as possible.

To be eligible for a return, please ensure that your item meets the following criteria:

• The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
• It must be packed in its original packaging.

You have 30 days from the date you received your item to request a return. Unfortunately, we cannot offer a refund or exchange if more than 30 days have passed since delivery.

How to Initiate a Return

To start your return, please send an email to service@vinthread.com. In your message, include your order number and details about the item you wish to return. Please note: You must email us to obtain the return address and further instructions. Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed within 7-14 days. The credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.
